Representing the Anishinaabe tale of the Amik (Beaver) who shaped the Collines-de-l'Outaouais, the curves allow for many to sit and enjoy moments together. The purpose of the curves is for our bodies to be embraced by the object, for it to take our shape just as it does with the land we live on. To capture the unique curves and smoothness, each piece is crafted by hand. Our specialized carpenters make Caroline Monnet’s exceptional design, come to life.
